We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or others' experience.
• Attempt to access restricted areas or systems without authorization.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Personal Information and Privacy

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

• Name, email address, and phone number.
• Approximate location data (coarse location).
• Device identifiers (Device ID).
• Usage and product interaction data.
• Crash diagnostics and app performance data.
• Payment information - processed securely through Stripe and RevenueCat.

We do not collect or store your visual payment details directly on our servers.

6. Free Trials and Payments

Trials: Subscriptions may begin with a paid subscription following a free trial.

• You may be asked to authorize payment at sign-up via Stripe or RevenueCat.
• The full single and subscription price will be disclosed before authorization.
• If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will auto-renew.

Payments are securely processed by our trusted third-party providers:

• Stripe
• RevenueCat

Billing and cancellations may also be managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) depending on how you subscribed. For help, refer to:

7. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share within the App. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including software, logos, and graphics) are owned by BrrrSimply or its licensors. Unauthorized copy, modifying, or distributing is strictly prohibited.

9. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party websites.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrrrSimply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrrrSimply, its affiliates, and its team members from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. App Store Terms & Apple Third-Party Beneficiary Notice

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and BrrrSimply, not Apple or Google.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
