Brian is the founder of BrrrrSimply, co-owner of Citylife Residential, and former Broker/Owner of a top-producing RE/MAX brokerage. A full-time investor and operator, Brian has built along side his business partner Casey a $110 million real estate portfolio in Pittsburgh, PA using the BRRRR method. With over 950 units (275+ single-family homes and 40+ multifamily buildings) Brian understands the importance of condensing time and knowing your numbers it is to condense time.
As a father of two, time is everything — and BrrrrSimply was born out of his desire to create a faster, smarter way to analyze deals so investors can spend more time living, and less time calculating.
